Flower Essences

     Flower essences change negative emotions to a positive. If you are going through a difficult time with depression, anxiety, grief, excess worrying, issues of impatience or stress, give flower essences a try. There are no side effects even when taken in frequent dosages. Shifts can occur quickly in some individuals. Some clients report a change in attitude, emotions, and physical symptoms minutes after the initial dosage is taken. Others may not see a change or a shift for a week or two of taking the essences. The essences will only bring to the surface what you are able to handle. They are used to help let go of negative feelings that keep us stuck in unproductive or destructive cycles. The vibration of each flower works with the frequency of your body to make the proper adjustments necessary for you to release the imbalance causing negative feelings to keep resurfacing.

     I intuitively blend personalized formulas for my clients. Each and every formula is different. As the layers of issues surface and dissipate, new ones may emerge. A single blend can serve you for one week, two weeks, or up to a month.



     As you work with flower essences formulas on a regular basis you begin to uncover layers of emotions that have been buried so deep for so long. You can learn a lot about yourself if you decide you want to do some deep work and flower essences can help you find yourself. If you are doing some soul searching or inner child work, these essences could be just what you need to help get through blocked areas. Ultimately your true self will shine through, and your true essences will come forth. Our journey is all about learning the lessons we came here to experience. Sometimes the lessons can be so difficult it seems like we just aren't getting it and we keep repeating the same lesson over and over again.

     A personalized flower essence formula is an excellent tool to assist you in your process.



     If you just want to use them for times when your mind won't shut off or if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or distraught with grief a single flower essence can help with these types of situations too. You don't have to be doing deep emotional work to use the single essences.
